Hospitality in Luke’s Gospel: Entertaining Angels
“In Luke’s writings the ancient practice of hospitality—the custom of welcoming travelers or strangers into one’s home and establishing relationships with them—becomes the prism through which Jesus’ disciples can view one another and others as valuable children of God.” Andrew Arterbury.
A three part input/reflection series will be presented on Luke’s universal theme of hospitality. Tuesdays, September 24, October 1 and 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Peter’s room (church hall)
