The St. Peter\u2019s Group of Wisdom would like to invite all interested parishioners to join us at our next meeting on Thursday, February 15th at 9:30am<\/strong> in the Parish Auditorium. We are very fortunate to have a guest instructor coming in to lead us in an introduction to tai chi practice.  Tai chi is a gentle, low-impact form of mind-body practice which can have beneficial effects on both mental and physical health.<\/p>\n

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about the practice of this ancient martial art, and to discover how it might be helpful in our daily lives by reducing stress, promoting strength, balance and co-ordination, and supporting our overall wellbeing.
