\"\"We are having a meeting for anyone who would like to volunteer to help with this event. Past volunteers and new volunteers are encouraged to attend this meeting. The meeting will provide information about the tasks that will need to be completed and provide opportunity for the community to ask any questions and\/or suggestions they may have regarding this year\u2019s event and also vote on the appropriate date for this year’s fair. The meeting will be held on Thursday August 16, 2018 at 7pm in the St. Paul\u2019s Classroom, in the centre. If you are unable to attend and would like to volunteer feel free to contact the church office via email or phone to be added to the list.
