A six (6) week bereavement ministry support group will be starting at St. Peter’s (ministry centre) starting on Tuesday, September 12 from 1:00 -3:00p.m. If you or someone you know is dealing with the loss of a loved one and would like to join this group, please register at the parish office (416-534-4219)

There will be a meeting for minsters of the sick and shut-ins of our parish on Sat. September 16 at 12:30 p.m. in the Parish Centre. Additional volunteers are needed, so please come and find out more about this important service to others.

In conjunction with the Feast of St. Francis and Pope Francis’ recent document “Laudato Si”, a lecture/dvd presentation on Franciscan Spirituality will be offered on Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the parish centre. All welcome!
The Parish Office will be closed on Monday, September 4, for the Labour Day Holiday. Daily Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM in the Centre Chapel. There will be no adoration on that day.
Beginning Wednesday, October 4th, at 2.00 p.m., a small group will meet on Wednesdays for reflection and prayer on the upcoming Sunday’s Scripture readings, listening to God’s Word and pondering how these readings can inspire, challenge and encourage us into a deeper relationship with God in our daily lives. Limit: 15 people.
Everyone is welcome to join us to celebrate our Seniors after the 9:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. Masses on Sunday, September 10, in the Church auditorium.

The parish needs catechists to help with the Children’s Liturgy at 11:15 am Sunday Mass. If you are a parent, teacher or aspiring or retired teacher who would like to help, we need you. those who help with the Children’s liturgy must be willing to submit a police background check in keeping with the Archdiocese’s vulnerable person’s policy.
