The Source – Sisters of Life

The Sisters of Life will be hosting “The Source” in the Church on Thursday, February 28 at 7:00 PM. You are invited to come for an evening of Eucharistic Adoration (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM) followed by Christian fellowship (Social at 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM) in the Church Auditorium. Confession will also be available during Adoration

Request for the Winter Welcome Table

The members of the Winter Welcome Table are asking you kindly to help provide any extra plates and soup bowls you may have (do not have to be matching) for our Monday night dinner. If you have any extra at home please feel free to give us some. Thank you for your generosity. Please drop off at the Parish Office.

First Friday Healing Mass

The First Friday Healing Mass will be on March 1 at 7 PM in the Church. Those in need of spiritual, physical, psychological or emotional healing are invited to present their petitions for healing at the time of the prayers of the faithful. These petitions can be written down and placed in a special petition box at the altar. When this Mass is celebrated on a normal ferial day, the votive Mass of the Sacred Heart will be celebrated.

Fr. Michael on vacation

Fr. Michael will be away visiting his parents in the United States from February 11 to 24. After this he will be away giving some talks to the priests of Charlottetown, P.E.I. He will be back in the parish on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. During this time Fr. Jim Casper will be celebrating all parish masses and funerals. Please wait until after his return for wedding and baptism inquiries.

Tax Receipts for 2018

Parish tax receipts for weekly donations, PAG, second collections and donations to ShareLife made through the parish have been mailed out on Friday, Feb.1.

Tax receipts for the Family of Faith Campaign will be issued and mailed by the Archdiocese. Receipts for Donate Now made by through Credit card will also be issued and mailed by the Archdiocese of Toronto. Thank you very much for your continued support.

Due to lack of attendance the present New Beginnings session has been cancelled. New dates and times for the ongoing six week bereavement support group will be posted shortly.
