iTunes gift card scam

Please be aware that the Archdiocese of Toronto has received multiple reports from parishes that criminals have created Gmail accounts in various pastors’ names, asking for iTunes gift cards for a sick friend in the hospital. If you receive this email, do not respond and forward the message to the Help Desk at helpdesk@archtoronto.org.

Social Justice Committee Meeting

The Parish Community of St. Peter’s is a very socially conscious and active community, and participates in hosting many outreach programmes. Despite that, we do not have a Social Justice Committee. Such a Committee would direct the parish’s efforts to study and understand the Church’s social teachings. In the hopes of starting a Social Justice Committee, anyone who might be interested in assisting with this project is invited to this important meeting on September 27th at 7:00 pm in the Parish Centre: 830 Bathurst St. Please consider coming!
