Can that impact, ever be changed if we want it to change ? Can we move beyond our upbringing?

He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and completed his analytic training at the Toronto Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis. (he will be happy to entertain questions and initiate a discussion as part of the presentation).”

Singing as the Body of Christ: Congregational Song Workshop

“Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.” (Colossians 3:16)

On Tuesday, May 21 at 7 pm, join Christina Labriola and our parish’s music director, Roy, for a practical music workshop held in the church. We will reflect on the importance of congregational song in the life of the Church, and then put this into practice by learning to sing selected chants and hymns together.

Catholic Education Week – “We Are Called To Love”

During Catholic Education Week (May 5 – 10, 2024), we give thanks for the gift of publicly funded Catholic Education in our province. Catholic schools foster supportive communities where children can experience the joy of God’s love and understand the Christian mission in the world. Together, our parishes, educators and families sow and nurture the seeds of faith with the next generation of Catholics, encouraging them to live lives of holiness and Christian witness as one body in Christ. To indicate your support of Catholic education and sign-up for email updates, visit: www.togetherinfaith.ca.
